Title: Experiment 2
Artist Comments: This is my first experiment with air-dry pottery clay. It is a wonderful medium, I love the way it feels and how it looks when it is dry. The only drawback is that the pieces are extremely fragile when they are dried. I like they way it works and feels at every stage of its dryness. This piece i s a little different from my usual, I just kind of "sketched" in 3 dimensions and took the clay wherever it seemed to be headed.
